Systems design started with a childhood hobby of collecting stamps such as spotting patterns across collections sparked my curiosity for structure, repetition, and design systems.
Today, I explore surface pattern design as a way to blend illustration, storytelling, photography, and systems thinking into personal experiments.
“Where the Flowers Whisper (Red’s Secret Shortcut)” began as a story inspired by Red Riding Hood and evolved into a repeating pattern. I explored scale, colorways, and surface applications, culminating in my first pattern lookbook, Surface Stories, Vol 1. Find fabrics and product links in the footer.
